College led Regeneration

aspireDM were brought in by an education group operating a number of Further Education Colleges in London to review their existing assets and assist in the formulation of a future estates strategy. This strategy has been prepared with the ambition of upgrading existing facilities to deliver a modern learning curriculum which meets the skills needs of future learners.

In order to fund this development, we have advised the college group on how to realise value uplift through intensifying development on their existing campus sites, with a future objective of realising enhanced land value through the planning process. A feasibility study has been undertaken to demonstrate how upgraded facilities could be delivered alongside residential uses.

• Preparation of a masterplan for numerous campus sites, with a focus on regeneration and enhancing spatial amenity for the benefit of future students, residents, and the wider community
• Liaison with numerous political stakeholders at council and GLA levels to introduce proposals and understand local authority objectives for education and housing needs
