Appointed in 2019 to manage all aspects of the project on behalf of fund manager M&G Real Estate. We established a commercial appraisal which set quality, programme and financial expectations, lead Agreement for Lease negotiations with the preferred operator and the design development process through to a successful planning consent.

Proposals are being developed to repurpose the office floors of the building to create a modern hotel, moments from Birmingham’s wealth of city centre attractions including the Bullring and Grand Central retail complex as well as New Street station.
