aspireDM were appointed in 2017 to conclude a Development Agreement with Aviva for the building of a 10 storey scheme above the new Elizabeth Line station.

The role involves coordination between both commercial teams at TfL and Aviva and technical coordination with Aviva’s professional teams and London underground operating teams throughout the planning process and on to construction.
