aspireDM were appointed in 2018 to progress a Development Agreement with Aviva for the building of a 7 storey scheme above the new Elizabeth Line station.

The role involves coordination between both commercial teams at TfL and Aviva and technical coordination with Aviva’s professional teams and London underground operating teams throughout the planning process and on to construction.

  • One of two schemes to be completed by Aviva at either end of the new Liverpool Street Elizabeth Line station.
  • The scheme has been designed to achieve BREEAM outstanding.
  • The scheme will deliver a substantial revenue receipt to TfL
